In February 2020, Outreach began a partnership with Gateway Community and Technical College to establish a Student Success Fund. This fund helps Gateway students who demonstrate an inability to pay any school-related expense or emergency need.

Scholarships are also awarded to post secondary and apartment industry candidates for the NALP (National Apartment Leasing Professional), CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) and CAMT (Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician).
