In 2022, we sent almost $140,000 in rental assistance to our four social service partners and, together, we helped thousands of individuals stay in their apartment homes. Thanks to our generous Champions For Outreach Sponsors and to all of our members for your support in helping us help those in dire need.
Rent assistance payments are for people who cannot pay their rent, due to a personal emergency or conflict beyond their control. We partner with Freestore Foodbank in Cincinnati, CAIN (Churches Active in Northside), Jewish Family Service in Clifton and Santa Maria Community Services in Price Hill.
This program grants money towards rental assistance, paid directly to the landlord, on a one-time basis. The purpose of this program is to provide emergency assistance to an individual or family to avoid eviction.
Our application process includes different applications for each partner. First, select a partner. Then, download and fill out the corresponding partner form. Next, present it to your leasing office. Last, submit, fax, or email to one of our partners, along with all required documentation.
